Submitting a referral to the Get One Now program and seeing that lead turn into an accession is an accomplishment.

Beginning in 2009, the Air Force Reserve will recognize:

• The Top Three Individuals credited with the most accessions
• The Top Three Bases/Wings (Using per capita data)
• The Top Base/Wing (Using "raw" numbers)
